Launch of cats-mdp

cats has launched the first phase of its data portal of quote and trade history of securities traded on cats. Initial access to trade data will be on a country and Issuer specific basis. Users can search for individual products and analyse charts of historic data and create watch lists for real-time monitoring of selected securities.
