The trusted relationship between cats-ls and the Issuer trading engines leads to an extremely high execution success rate. An element of that success has been the management of partial orders which has been particularly important in volatile periods where Issuer volumes are quickly depleted. The original cats-ls solution relied on the Issuer system's volume logic, which not all Isssuers could facilitate. cats-ls has now been enhanced to ensure the Order Flow Providers can now offer partial orders for all the Issuers without exception, allowing for a more simple client offering.
